Forms Designs are OUTSTANDING. They squeezed me in, came when they said they would, did fantastic quality work in a timely fashion and at the price they said they would. Very professional courteous, friendly, and very knowledgeable and helpful at deciding what to do, color of floor, pluses and minuses of different alternatives. Excellent quality and I cannot say enough good things! I highly recommend them.

Absolutely amazing experience with this company through-and through. We got several estimates before we started the project and learned that most vendors outsource flooring projects. Forms Designs does this completely in house and as a result their estimate came back with the best price. They were super helpful providing us with samples so we could choose our color and helped us schedule a date that worked perfectly for our overall project schedule (we had our garage painted as well). They showed up on time and did a really fantastic job. What a transformation. Our garage looks so nice now!

My garage floor was a disaster. I had a crack in the floor from settling that popped up the linoleum tiles on it. I pulled all of the tiles off and realized that I had to epoxy the floor as that seemed to have the best results on durability. I contacted a few flooring companies and Forms Designs came out for an estimate that day. He was professional and detailed. I made the decision to schedule the following day and they were able to come out within two weeks. The floor was completed in the same day. The floor is like night and day. It looks like a brand new floor. No joke, but I can't believe it was the same floor. They did the job in northern Bergen County, NJ so they will travel from Summit. If you want your floor done, I would highly recommend them.
