Picture speaks for itself! Came across Forms Design based off an instagram ad seeing beautifully finished garage floors, after seeing they were a local company we called for a quote. Marco came by in no time and a few weeks later we have a beautiful new floor in our garage.

Marco and his team take pride and perfection to an entirely new higher level.  Their attention to detail speaks for itself.  They covered all the areas they were working in and the clean up at the end of the day was spotless.  The finished product came out better than I could have ever imagined and completely exceeded my expectations.  Marco made my garage floor look like a showroom for the most high end car.  By far Marco and his team are the best contractor that has ever done work on my property and would highly highly recommend them.  I forgot to mention that there was no rain forecasted and of course it started raining.  Marco and his crew quickly covered all my things that were taken out of the garage with their tarps and zip tied them so they would not blow away - that was awesome - thank you for the amazing job. Marco and the Forms Design team were excellent!  Our garage floor was leaking into the room below.  Marco came by within hours to inspect the garage and provide a quote (which was lower than their competition).  They redid the floor the next day in the freezing cold (even offering to help clean out the garage).  It looks beautiful and most importantly, it's waterproof with a 15 year warranty. Forms Designs LLC was probably one of the best floor coating contractors we found.  They did our new commercial building floors, bottom and top.  It came out amazing. Marco and his team scoped and budgeted our small basement floor restoration project very quickly. Then they managed to accommodate a very tight schedule to complete our project within our schedule requirement.  And we were delighted with the finished product.  This was all done while his team was working on a massive industrial warehouse restoration project elsewhere.  They were neat, prompt, quiet, and easy to work with. Marco was very polite and worked with us through our garage dilemma. We gave him a soupy, sticky mess from a botched DIY floor epoxy project. He had it cleaned up and complete in 4 days.
